the “dark continent” till sometime back – this was because

Located north of Tanzania.
Is the world's
largest volcanic crator.

means "big hole."

Lion
The lion is known as the king of beasts.
It is
part of the cat family.
This animal is found primarily in Africa. (A few
are located in India too)
Lions weigh roughly 400 pounds and can be as
long as 9 feet
Scorpion
These are predominately found in tropical or
subtropical climates.
They were the first predators to walk the earth.
Scorpions are nocturnal creatures.
30 scorpion species are venomous.
Although very painful, scorpion bites usually are not deadly to
humans.
